I have pursued fitness for virtually every reason you can imagine over the years.

As a “husky” 14 year old I decided to take my fitness and weight under my own control for the first time. First, I learned everything that I could about getting strong from whoever would indulge my curiosity. It wasn’t long before my parents provided me with a few books on the subject. Off to the races! I had my first training circuit put together, I did it diligently, and it worked!
