To train this way once is to indulge a curiosity, every session after that is an act of bravery that will require the exercise of courage.

Session $50 20-30 Minutes

Full body strength training sessions are supervised, safe,and effective.

This method requires brief, intense, and calculated training every 5-7 days.

I use precision engineered Med X Strength Equipment.

Hold a regular weekly appointment for long term health maintenance or schedule a drop in as needed to boost or maintain strength.
